BOLDBoss Question (1): Where do you pull most of your inspiration from for influencing?

HF: I get most of my inspiration from Pinterest or other Influencers I find randomly on social media in the same field as me.

BOLDBoss Question (2): What motivates you to use your platform in the way that you do?

HF: Women who have expressed to me that my content motivates them or brings them amusement. It makes me continue to upload content. Especially women’s motivational content and creative relatable content.

BOLDBoss Question (3): What has been one of your favorite campaigns/brands that you have had the opportunity to work with?

HF: One of my favorite brands I’ve worked with was Alizé. I'm so used to working with many beauty and clothing brands. When I get a campaign for an alcohol brand, I find it pretty exciting.

BOLDBoss Question (4): How do you think your e-book changes people’s perspective on social media and influencing the industry?

HF: The Influencer image has been tarnished by many previous Influencers scamming brands & clients. There are quite a few people that believe Influencers don’t have a lot of real followers. My book however encourages Influencers to build real relationships with their followers & grow their following organically. Many Influencers in the past have bought fake followers because they didn't think it was possible to make money unless you had a ton of followers. My book emphasizes the fact that you don't need a ton of followers to make money off of social media.

BOLDBoss Question (5): What is one of your favorite things about being a social media influencer?

HF: Being a part of a community that relates to you is what I find so amazing. It’s almost as if you’ve created a bunch of best friends through social media, or at least that’s what it feels like. Being an Influencer is waking up one day & realizing you have an entire community that supports you, relates to you, and looks forward to your posts every day.

BOLDBoss Question (6): What is one way you have used your platform to empower women and advocate for female rights that you are most proud of?

HF: I’ve used my TikTok platform especially to tell women what they deserve in life. I encourage them to value themselves. I also encourage women to be independent and go after their goals. I'm proud of all my motivational TikTok posts because they usually go viral which means they resonated with a lot of women.

BOLDBoss Question (7): What is one of your favorite ways to spread self-love in your own life?

HF: Usually, when I post photos on my Instagram feed, I post a carousel that includes a few self-love inspirational quotes. You never know who needed to hear that during that day. Sometimes people forget to take care of themselves. Why not help them with a friendly reminder?
