Lisa K. Stephenson is the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of She’s SINGLE Magazine and the CEO of ASIAS Brands. Bronx-born (née Jevasia), she is the first African American author to attach a soundtrack to a novel. Born to parents from Kingston, Jamaica, and raised in a family rooted in African American studies, she began writing during college at Utica. Lisa is a multi-hyphenate talent: author, motivational speaker, magazine publisher, executive producer, public relations officer, and philanthropist. She is passionate about impact through storytelling and representation. She is also a proud dog mom.
