The HomeHope Fund is specifically designed to help each person with their goals, whether that is to own a home, pay their rent, or cover closing costs, etc. The HomeHope Fund ensures that each buy-in community member receives a payout at some point once they are committed to investing in the pool on an ongoing basis or until they have received a pool payout.

​Winners are announced every 120 days from the buy-in-open date.

Buy-ins are non-refundable. Please be 100% sure that you are interested in participating.

Yes, we aim to keep things fair across the board. Since the fund is community-based, members are allowed to buy in with amounts up to $10,000, increasing their chances of being selected. However, please note that we have had pool members who donated as little as $150 and won a $15,000 pool. But, we ask everyone to be realistic with their expectations. A minimum buy-in of $150 cannot guarantee a win when someone has a $1,500 buy-in and a pool of $20,000 - $28,000.

​The HomeHope Fund is not a lottery; it is a community of people interested in working together to achieve a common goal: homeownership. Through The HomeHope Fund, you can buy in with as little as $100 and earn the chance to win the pot at the end of our 120-day buy-in period. Some have seen $15,000, and others have won $28,000 (rounding up). Spread the word to increase the prize. All payments are made within 15 days via check.
