Teaming up with developer JDS Development Group, Dolce & Gabbana ventures into the realm of flexible-residence design, marking its debut real estate project and condo hotel in the United States. The hallmark of this collaboration is the revolutionary concept of Grand Residences that seamlessly transform into individual rooms and suites, ensuring privacy for owners and hotel guests alike. Dolce & Gabbana's signature flair infuses every aspect of 888 Brickell, promising an unparalleled blend of fashion, hospitality, and lifestyle.

Buyers of these residences not only have the privilege of owning a Dolce & Gabbana-designed home but also the opportunity to participate in the hotel program, renting out their spaces when not in use. This innovative approach to residential living underscores Dolce & Gabbana's commitment to redefining luxury and elevating the guest experience.

At the heart of 888 Brickell lies a grand residential lobby adorned with opulent black marble and custom-designed Venetian chandeliers—an ode to Dolce & Gabbana's iconic aesthetic. Ascending to the first floor, residents and guests are greeted by a striking black marble staircase, leading to exclusive lounge areas and private reception spaces exuding luxury and refinement.

The interior spaces, meticulously crafted by Dolce & Gabbana in collaboration with M2Atelier studio, epitomize Italianate glamour and Miami chic. From sumptuous textures to rich hues, every detail reflects the fashion house's dedication to craftsmanship and sophistication.

The amenities at 888 Brickell are equally impressive, catering to both wellbeing and leisure. The Dolce & Gabbana 888 Pool Club, featuring a gelateria, bar, and restaurant, offers a serene retreat amidst the bustling city. Meanwhile, the recovery spa promises rejuvenation with bespoke massages, IV therapy, and a thermal circuit.

Alfonso Dolce, CEO at Dolce & Gabbana, remarks, "The cultural vibrancy of Miami is the perfect backdrop for our world debut in the real estate sector. This project embodies the essence of the Dolce & Gabbana universe—a luxurious, timeless design experience."

With Miami's 5-star hotel market booming and the demand for high-end residential properties on the rise, 888 Brickell is poised to set new standards of luxury living in the Magic City.
